Check the list of common issues and solutions below before submitting your request:

If the furnace is not working the first thing to do is check the thermostat to make sure the batteries are working. If the batteries are good, then make sure the pilot light is lit. If the pilot light is out, you need to light it. Also check to make sure the furnace filter has been replaced for proper airflow.  If we are experiencing freezing temperatures, and you are unable to get the heat working – contact the Emergency Line, otherwise submit via the tenant portal
